Algeria is an open-air museum. This country boasts the highest concentration of Roman
sites in North Africa, making it the second territory in the world, after Italy, to possess such a wealth of ancient remains.
Algeria is more than just natural beauty. Layered through time are the footprints of ancient civilizations—the Berbers, Phoenicia, Roman Empire, Byzantine Empire, Arab dynasties, the Ottoman Empire, and French colonial influence. The result?
